[COP17-資金] 綠色氣候基金制度草案
第四次過渡委員會[1]2011年10月16日至2011年10月18日於開普敦舉辦，由於這是COP17召開前最後一次的過渡委員會議，因此會中最終通過「綠色氣候基金」的制度設計(Draft governing instrument for the Green Climate Fund)，準備在COP17召開時提出受准許。「綠色氣候基金」的制度設計(Draft governing instrument for the Green Climate Fund)如下[2] ，共計14條：

第14條 基金的終止(Termination of the Fund)
